SquishyBean is a children's video streaming service operated by Samrath.ai, based in Canada. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SquishyBean website and service (together, the "Service").
By joining our waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service — and feel free to email us at hello@samrath.ai if you have questions before signing up.
SquishyBean accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older. Children use the Service through a parent's account — they do not create accounts themselves.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your household.
Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, create a subscription, or obligate you in any way. It simply reserves your place in line.
When the full Service launches, paid subscriptions will be processed securely through Stripe. At that time:

All videos, scripts, music, voiceovers, and other content on SquishyBean are owned by or licensed to Samrath.ai. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or use our content outside the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
SquishyBean is provided "as is" during Early Access. While we work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. We'd always prefer to resolve things by email first — hello@samrath.ai.
We may update these Terms as SquishyBean grows. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
